Things like recruitment, whether to sell academy kids, it would mainly be decided by the people they hire to run the club. Defo mate. Can you imagine the type of people this lad will have around him and advising him, no way would they let him be walked over. Him buying a stake in a football club is a big thing, imagine his every move etc will be being watched by people close to him.
 
Tbh I don’t even think JS and KLD would be that involved day to day. They’ll set the direction and provide funding (mostly from KLD) but other than that I’d expect day to day leadership from the sporting director, new chairman, new manager and Jim Rodwell (if he stays).

Frankly, no owner is going to come in and want to fail, even SD and CM. The owner literally needs to get two things right: 1) the funding ; 2) the appointments of the key operators.

They’ve clearly got item 1 covered, so the only important thing left for me is item 2. Get the appointments of those roles right and the rest of who owns what percentage is frankly irrelevant.

In F1 i cannot believe that the driver walked away from that...car explodes in fireball, breaks in two and minor injuries.

As for takeover, I am just waiting for the fat lady to finally sing...

Cricket not looking too good, and manure are catching up to Southampton

That makes no sense to me. The way things are currently at the club makes me believe that the relationship between the current owners is completely broken - hence our complete and total lack of ****ing direction. Currently Donald owns the majority and calls the shots and has failed massively.
I suspect Sartori isn’t happy with this but has no power to do anything at the moment.
The proposed % distribution means that Donald has no say, so I’m fairly happy we’ll be moving in a much more coherent direction as a club once this hopefully goes through.
We can’t get any worse... can we?

The way I see it aswell. Essentially Donald will just be along for the ride in the hope that he can make some coin if we get successful.
