It’s because he’s full of ****, hard to lie and look someone in the eye, clearly doesn't believe his own bullshit. Has the demeanour of someone being told off by the headmaster.
Fair enough mate. Everyone is entitled to their own without people needing to act like tits or hoying insults about. It was reported that they would be retaining a shareholding however, im not happy about them being involved at all. I think it takes a bit of the shine off any takeover.
spot on there. the worst side i've see in my 63 years on this planet. watching the game last night, and i was amazed at how many times our players slipped over for no apparent reason.
Funnily enough I was thinking when was the last time it was this bad, I couldn’t think of a time, my earliest memory of ****ness was the season we got relegated to Div 3. as I said I can’t remember that season being as bad as this, football wise I mean.
As I said, the other day, I believe he's simply the caretaker manager in everything but name ... ... and the players have sussed it out.
Yes remember the last time in div 3 and saying thats it no more ever again will I support that shower of ****e . I lied. And here we are all these years later going through it all again. BASTARDS
I just put a book under 1 side of the TV mate so it was the same for both halves don't know what Parky was on about lol
Quite possibly knows he is a dead man walking but for the life of me I cant understand why he wouldn't want to go out on a high. At the end of the day this period should be his advert ready for the next job
It’s not though is it. You said there were 2 options and an actual takeover wasn’t one of them. I think from all of the information and press reporting there is a very strong possibility of the takeover happening. So I don’t think anyone is shouting down what they don’t want to hear but undue negativity is rightly bring challenged. I think that’s fair. I want to have some positivity for the future, otherwise what’s the point? For me that’s what supporting a footy team is about, we’ll turn this around, let’s get at them second half, next game we’ll win, next season we’ll do better.... etc
In response to getting paid up a full contract, I remember when Pardew was going to get sacked with (I think 5 years left of his 8 year contract) and reading he doesn't get the whole contract paid up if sacked, only a percentage.....I dont know if this is the norm with all management contracts in football but its always made me think if when sacked managers get the full wack rather than if they had seen out their full term
Am sick of hearing this salary cap bollox all the time. The salary cap only applies to players signed after the rule came into place near the start of this season it does not apply to players whose contracts were already in place it does not apply to players under the age of 21 does not apply to managers or any backroom staff so at this time it is a poor excuse for god awful performances
I never liked Moyes from day one, he created a auroa of negativity of which we never recovered. His choice of substitutions were equally negative and never liked to use the flair players that previous seasons showed the potential to take us to another level. The comparisons with Parky are unreal

Moyes was far worse than Parky. At least Parky hasn't publicly thrown in the towel yet (even if his actions suggest that he has) and said that promotion isn't a possibility. Moyes doesn't use the flair players now at West Ham but they seem to be doing OK. So maybe his approach does work sometimes.
