I keep getting told he's one of the best defenders in the prem, best tackler in the prem, player of the season for us and so on - posters like GLP cream themselves about him - personally I don't see any of it and don't think he should ever be picked - if he's as good as some posters keep telling me why wouldn't another prem side want him - I think everybody agrees as no one is prepared to put their hands in their pockets
So what about the other players I listed? McShane and Rosenior are City legends and the majority are dismayed that they won't be staying. Another Premier League side wouldnt sign them either.
Shame about Rosenior - he has been a good Pro, but with a good, cheaper, youngster in Lenihan around then it makes sense for him to go now.

Irelevant as even if he can, he's not as good a right back as Rosy. Really shocked we've let him go. Surelyl we'll want to play with four at some point and Rosy is not only our best right back, he's our best left back too.

Right back/wing back is Elmo's and he never gets injured so it's probably a moot point.
After our failed European campaign, could a plan for Rosie to move on in January floundered with his ham string injury?
