Cos Rosey hasnt played any part in that defence...If its a financial issue then are we to assume that a player who isn't nailed on first choice is one we can't afford to have? Will we just have about 14 players next season then? If money is tight its players like him we need more than ever. It makes **** all sense whichever way you look at it. He's one of the best fullbacks at this level, he's already here and it'll cost us more to replace him. If we don't replace him then we must be planning on carrying a very thin squad and we're in for a long season.
I just can't get my head round making any unnecessary changes to our defence at this stage. We should be entirely focused on sorting out the attacking side and maintaining the excellent defence we already have. Why the hell would you want to start messing with the team's strong areas after a relegation.
