He never mentions the midfield which is non-existent, once the opposition get the ball they are straight through to the centre backs who have no protection at all.

And the Poool are nowhere near the firepower of 2013-14.
They won't be scoring two goals for every one they concede.

Increasingly, as I watch Koeman and Klopp [Dutch lawyers?] trying to hide the realities of their teams' performances, I am hearing this over the tinnitus in my head............

We've arrived. The great Pep Guardiola has said we're a one man team, he's noticed us, WAAHAAAAAAAAY.
I know Sissoko has improved beyond all recognition when compared to last season and whilst Deli hasn't made a decent start and the DoF is still injured, Pep G has to realise that we have other players beyond Sissoko. Take Davies, Big Dave, Jan and Toby, Hugo or even Kane. We are more than just a big fast Frenchman.

Compare and contrast...

Joe Gomez on Christian Atsu

None of the boot to head "challenges" this season are half as bad as what was done to Walker last season - which didn't even warrant a yellow card. I'm not sure it was even mentioned on MOTD.

Pep thinks we are a one man team then since he refers to us as 'The Harry Kane team'

Here is my question for a hack brave enough to put it ...

So Pep, given that it makes you sad that there can be
more focus on big game signings than promoting
youth, and you question paying 50m for a striker when
you have one waiting in the youth team ...

How do you feel about the fact that Spurs have
avoided all of the above courtesy of Harry Kane ??

Do you think any reporter has the stones to ask Pep if he feels he built his reputation as manager with "that Messi team" ?

Indeed.
