Echo what people are saying about creaming over Citeh. If a club spends that amount of money they bloody should be winning the league. But instead it's all about Pep the God and what a great coach he is... and yet all those years Citeh didn't win the title there's barely any criticism. I think there was more criticism of us in the Leicester year (came third in a two horse race ha ha) than there was for Citeh (and Chelski) who finished below us (and Arsenal and Leicester of course).
They win against a knackered Chelsea by ONE goal having played pretty pretty and created precious few chances and they are acclaimed as wonderful. Shearer is such a pillock.

Shearer was the wielder of a mighty elbow and made more than his fair share of X rated 'challenges'. Anything he says is 95% hypocrisy and 105% boring. Dele dived. He got booked. The penny'll drop soon enough.
Yesterday saw Ashley Young run into a Palace defender and do a somersault, with pike and twist. Comments from the sofa?..........There were none.

Despite the fact that Young is 32 and has been a serial simulation offender for the past 10 years, not a 21 yr old in his 3rd full PL season. Doesn't fit the narrative though, so let's move on
I'll never get the bizarrely paradoxical approach to punditry in this country whereby the players the 'experts' admit that they most want to see succeed (i.e. young home grown) are also the ones they pillory most relentlessly.
They won their first 6 PL games last season and were acclaimed as certain champions.
How did that finish again?
Their weakness has been defence. That hasn't been tested yet. With Mendy out long term, many teams will be fancying their chances if midfielders like Delph or Fernandinho play in the full back positions.
They're also lacking their best player and main source of goals at present.
You'd think these pundits would learn to stop crowning champions at the end of September, seeing as they never get it right.

As the only contender is the goal they scored against Huddersfield in the Dodgy Energy Drink Cup, the competition will be as open as a Zimbabwean election.
I'm certainly taking them very seriously. They definitely look much better defensively than last season, in no small part due to replacing that Bravo clown with a very decent keeper.
Of last season's top 6, United are the only team who haven't faced a fellow top 6 team. You've had by far the easiest start to the season, followed closely- it has to be said - by us. All of Arsenal, Chelsea, Pool and City have already faced 2 main rivals.
Sissoko is the key.
