Well we didn't break the rules that's why we were found 'NOT GUILT', we made a paper error and got the Maximum punishment which was a fine. We were cleared of all other things and righly so. I didn't read some rubbish like the Mirror to come to a conclusion i looked at the legal documents and charges. As for Norwich, agree they did well to come up and get promoted and second half of the season they did do very well however if we hadn't had that case hanging over our heads (like you said) i am sure we would have had the league sorted before we did.
you were found guilty! can't remember exactly - was it guilty on 3 counts and not guilty on 7? something like that. qpr broke the rules - it had nothing to do with the fans and it was quite right they weren't prevented from claiming promotion, but your club was still found guilty!! thats why they were fined!!!
Before this takes a downhill turn, what were QPR actually guilty of? and I talking facts here, not what was speculted. I have seen nothing that tells the full story about how the fine came about, albeit a record fine getting to near £1m.
Do a search on net about it, loads of legal stuff and Newspaper arguments. I think you guys don't fully understand things about the charges? All the charges that carried a points deduction (the bad ones) we were found 'NOT GUILTY'of, however you are correct that we were found guilty of minor paper work errors that carried the maximum penalty of a fine. (We are not the only club that has done this). Rubbish press and Gullible fans put 2 and 2 together and got 6 and the whole thing was blown out of the water. QPR did not break any rules that gave us an advantage. WE won that league hands down and deserved to go up.
So i added an extra S and one less P. If that is all you can comment on then you should get back to your Sister.
The average league position of your opponents in the last ten games is 6.8.This compares with an average of 10.5. In other words almost four places higher than the average. They Include both Manchesters,Spurs,Arsenal,Chelsea and Liverpool! Good Luck there.
err, i think we made that point! nobody here suggested qpr should have had a point penalty!! we stated that the club broke the rules, whether they were admin errors or what i don't really care - you were found guilty of breaking the rules and were fined. its irrelevant if they affected team performance. if a club accidentally put an ineligible player on the bench in a cup tie but don't play him, because he is part of the team sheet they will be ejected from the competition. how is that so hard to understand? none of us care about the championship - qpr won the title and we came 2nd. how does this affect the premier league?
Yeah, just a MILLION POUND fine so it was obviously a tiny, tiny indiscretion. You'd probably used an extra 's' in some of the paperwork or something Thanks for saying we were correct though, appreciate you clearing that one up
exactly munky. you don't get fined £1m for nothing! have to say, at the time i defended qpr over all this very strongly... i'm starting to wish i hadn't
Funny that QPR were fined £800k for being innocent then? No one said QPR were found guilty of any particular charge but you were found guilty of at least once charge, therefore you cannot say QPR were innocent. If a man is charged with 8 counts of assault and is only prosecuted for one count of assault he is still guilty of something
I don't ever recall reading a single post from any Canary, not a single one, where anybody wanted Koo Pee Arr to be deducted points. We would have been embarrased to have won the title that way, rightly or wrongly, and we were more than happy to have claimed promotion thanks very much.
QPR's new signings are going to have to hit the ground running or they are doomed. Our new signings have time to settle, learn the philsophy and then stake their claim to a place in the side. I'm very happy with that.
Does that qpr fan andy still come on here i remember all his wumming from bbc606 since the start of last season and since, they havnt beaten us out of 4 attempts , 3 wins coming from us aha.
So we were fined: or was it: As i said people don't really know anything about the case, they put 2+2 together and get 6. WE were fined neither of those amounts but i can understand with 6 fingers the price may go up.
It was 2 counts on which they were found guilty, a fine of £800,000 for a breach of FA Rule 3 and £75,000 In respect of the breach of FA Football Agents Regulations, A1 For a full read see here http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Discipli...ni-Full-Written-Reasons-for-Distribution.ashx Ellers - Last time, please refrain from the stereotype references
Ithink you will fined that much. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1384536/FA-favour-QPR-Alejandro-Faurlin.html
