Well done the lads. What a great feeling and happy days are back at Loftus Road. Current points per game 1.4 with good prospects of further improvement. COYRss!
Just home...another awesome performance. Baptiste, Robinson and Bidwell were brilliant. Midfielders run their socks off as did Conor... No idea what happened for the goal...but Sylla just put it away. Got to say...don't know how the team do it...but I am not sure I trained enough for 2 such hard matches in 4 days...Anyway rest, regroup ...because me and the lads are off to Nottingham Tonight was just great...
I'm amazed we won. I'm amazed we have beaten the two top teams inside a week. I'm amazed we have strung two wins together. l'm amazed that Holloway finally has the team playing attacking football, having had 3 up front. I'm amazed that this humble pie l'm eating taste great! Let's face it, I'm amazed!
Nottingham just has to be a pivotal game. Not a 'must win' by any definition but pivotal in the sense that if we win there (for the first time ever!), that momentum will metaphorically (and perhaps literally) carry us through to a shout at a play off spot. Promotion would be a strange mixture of pecuniary joy for the owners and mixed reaction from us since this team is not a PL side. Onwards and upwards!
No it took him 7 games to finally realise the headless chicken that is Mackie is not a championship player and Wszolek has gone from quite a promising player last season to a player who this season could barely pass a ball more than 5 yards and who has totally forgotten how to beat a player (this maybe down to Ollie insisting that he is a wing back which he is clearly not , so confidence shot to bits). Conor is no Charlie Austin but he is the best striker we have so has to start. The only successful move by Ollie, is playing Robinson at centre back, although I would prefer Robinson and Furlong to be our wing backs, but that would leave us we no defenders
Great news, Ninesy. I sincerely hope she can sort out the pain & discomfort ‘thang’ and start to look forward. So happy that it’s not a big nasty to deal with. All the best to Mrs Ninesy.
We are two points off the playoffs and just kept a clean sheet against the best team in the league with our 36th choice centre-halves. Maybe the bloke knows a thing or two.
I am speechless. Cannot believe how we have turned it on against the two top team in just for days. Well done to hollow and the boys on two fantastic results. onwards and upwards. Really happy. You R's!
Early on we looked horribly open at the back. They should have scored from their first corner I think it was, and we looked very ragged back there. But they sorted it and by the end we looked almost comfortable. Furlong did well when he came on.

They're clearly a very good side on great form. To limit them to two good chances given the quality of their passing was not too bad at all.
I sit near the away end and as such have to walk through the exiting away fans. Obviously I overhear a lot of what they were saying. They were not happy that we got at them and limited their chances, nor were they happy that we were the better side. Full of praise for our midfield too.
But I didn't think their defence was at all comfortable either early on, they also improved it as the game went on. All credit to us for making them look ordinary. Wolves looked a far better team than the Blades based on our 2 great wins.
Only at QPR ( probably ) can you draw to the bottom two and then go and win against the top two. Good stuff and another three points. It's still early days but Ollie, Les, Hoos, Sinton and Penrice are building something great here. There's some good foundations being laid at our club. Here's what their manager had to say afterwards ...
