I believe it is compulsory for bars to have the code displayed, but enforcing this for customers would be breaking human rights laws.

It's an absolute shambles.. Most pubs and restaurants have been fantastic in putting measures in place and have been punished.Not 100% mate, I know with the bars round here as you go in one of you has to enter a code etc, that was before track and trace launched.
You can refuse your info, but that does allow them to refuse entry.
Nobody has a clue, frankly what is ok and not ok it’s a shambles of the highest order.
