I believe it is compulsory for bars to have the code displayed, but enforcing this for customers would be breaking human rights laws.
Good job I have it on my phone Or if I never had a phone I would not be able to be traced However the branch take all the names book the tables and social distance the sitting arrangements We are in a room for For 60 people but only 12 allowed
Not 100% mate, I know with the bars round here as you go in one of you has to enter a code etc, that was before track and trace launched. You can refuse your info, but that does allow them to refuse entry. Nobody has a clue, frankly what is ok and not ok it’s a shambles of the highest order.
It's an absolute shambles.. Most pubs and restaurants have been fantastic in putting measures in place and have been punished.
The PM has no idea what the latest rules are but he won't be fined. His ministers are sure someone, somewhere must know but none of them will be fined. But the man in a Durham street will be fined £400 if they don't know. If anyone can defend this shambles I'm all ears.
Yeah mate we have one pub in particular in the town Who have there tables numbered you are escort With masks on and details are given before table service The pub is run correctly there is good social distance and sanitisers everywhere
Is it true that the bars in parliament aren’t subject to the 10 o clock rule or is it a pile of s hit?
I believe its true (think they somehow get counted as work place canteens which means they aren't covered by the rule) but I'm sure I've heard someone say that they've closed them now or some such
That was intended but was such an outcry that they have stopped all sales of alcohol at 10pm but not chucking everyone out at that time.
They have haven't they. I personally havnt been in one and due to personal circumstances reckon I could go a full 12 months without stepping foot in one. Saw something tonight about why dont supermarkets have to go through the whole closing down to deep clean if someone was known to have been in with symptoms. We all know the answer but just evidence, as you say, of the hospitality industry getting a bit of a shafting.
