It will Staines old kiddy pretty sure like me you were resentful when all of a sudden we were sold out in our first promotion year

I have watched our hoops with only a few hundred in the past ... there was more at the pre season friendly when I played against the hoops in my county league days.
Little Bradley Allen what a gem lost 6-1
Is he taller than you my fruit?

Most are taller than me mate ;)

Do you not think his pantomime entrance when arriving at Millwall was a bit embarrassing and him ‘acting the clown’.
Staines that is spot on. I was in France and managed to catch that on the news. It was embarrassing and deflected the result (even though it was before the game).

I only play five a side these days but it would be a good idea. Maybe that goals place

Still play Fridays in the U.K. and better still I still get money for playing which can’t be bad ?. Russell Martin the full back at Norwich sometimes plays now he has good skills that bloke. One player a Reading supporter is a friend of our very old Mackie. Hats off to him as well as he coaches and supports the player’s kids team.

If it happens doubt if it would ( not enough anti depressants) then no ringers or I will bring a few myself

Bob’s boo boys V The Talent
Maybe you could get Hollow to manage the 'Talent team' and ruin them?

Thanks Bob, don't post as much as I should - I do get frustrated when people who question our "tactics" rationally are considered disloyal?? Quite the opposite in fact in my case and judging from your posts, you too.
My frustration is that the strategic approach to our managerial appointments seem equally as inept & thoughtless as the "tactics" on the pitch so maybe we shouldn't be surprised at the outcome - we seem to be in the classic insanity cycle - keep doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different outcome

Respect ... I have spent time inside the club in the last couple of years ... believe me you are right to question how we run a football club but it’s QPR and I have a burning passion to see us back as a good club before I snuff it .... it’s possible but with most things with people who unconditionally care

No one disputing IH passion or challenges managing under these circumstances. However the point is the apparent lack of a tactical or strategic plan to use the resources we do have. I actually think we've had worse squads than this and certainly I'm encouraged by the flow of young players coming through. Having 6/7 wide players and not playing with width. Equally having 2 lumps up front and not providing them with the service from aforementioned wingers. Young players signed and not played......my expectations this season are lower mid-table and IH may well achieve that despite his lack of tactics rather than because of it - which leads to the reasonable assumption that a smarter coach could do more with this group.
Gary Rowett (& Lee Johnson to a lesser extent) an example. Sacked by Birmingham when they were 7th and have been a basket case under three different managers since then. Derby under achieved for 3 years and now after 12 months of Rowett they are second. Not suggesting that's achievable with our squad but it is clear the coach is critical and with someone with some decent tactical nous I believe this squad can achieve more ESP considering some of our results at home this season. Away tactics a disgrace and a complete mystery
What about Paul Hirst at Shrewsbury - relegation favs and currently splitting two recent PL clubs in L1
Nathan Jones at Luton - only MC have scored more in all 4 divisions
Just feel our managerial appointments all the way back to Sparky have been clueless and have prolonged this situation longer than was necessary.
I remain positive in the squad but seriously doubt the cosy cabal of TF, LF, IH etc can maximize what we have
Happy New Year to all
Top post sir <applause>

I still challenge that even with a brilliant team for ten minutes it wouldn’t take long for the disease to creep back ... it’s the current nature of football.

If Holloway goes tomorrow all that means is that we gamble and reset. The club is currently poorly managed but getting better
It’s full of career seeking people the same happened in the charity thing overnight it became a business

Look make no mistake there was a recent manager called Redknapp who sent me the same way hating every minute of it at the time. Hated him from day one as he really is a useless old fossil who lost in to his own ego years back . I get the Holloway thing but there is a big difference about people who care running our club.

Caring dont get points on the table nor bums on seats

Surely we're cutting our cloth according to our means?
20k per week wage limit, looking to younger players and a manager according too our means too.

I think it would be a mistake to knee jerk react as a result of yesterday. A random error led to their goal. **** happens. Villa out and looks like Arsenal going too.
Burton far more significant. If we lose there and Olly survives that then we know he's with us until next Christmas so suck it up and hope for the best!

Holloway's deficiencies are clear for all to see but, as others have said, who else is going to come to us? We would have to take another punt on someone who is showing promise in the lower divisions and, as amply demonstrated by JFH, that would be a complete lottery. I do wonder if Paul Clement has been humbled enough by his brief sojourn in South Wales to give us a go. Despite his failure there, his time in Germany must have given him the grounding in effective tactics for the modern game that IH sems to lack.

I've never actually been to a non league game. My nearest is Hanwell Town. Intend to get along, perhaps at next international break. I suspect money has not ruined that game - yet.
