Also, you can tell from Smyth's debut, the kids are fresh faced and come without baggage of losing every week so will try something different. The likes of Washington/Mackie/Sylla/Pav etc are too 'comfortable' as well as predictable so hopefully losing their place may give them the rocket they deserve. Or they'll leave meaning they didn't want it enough in the 1st place. Look how Forest worked on Sunday with their youths.
