Truth is Pardrew cannot deliver even the most basic of success working under the system imposed by Ashley. Whenever the team seems to be building momentum and consistency it's most crucial element is sold off, not replaced or replaced with an inferior product. It's must be as soul destroying for him as it is for us as fans who just want to see a little shared ambition . It would be so nice when other clubs come calling for our key players to say no sale and truly mean it, but no, profit is king. Sissoko, Perez and Arrons will all go and until the system changes we stay mid to lower table . It really doesn't matter who replaces Pardew, as they are on a hiding to nothing from the get go. Pards has been Ashley's whipping boy for long enough and l for one wish him well.

The ex pros all giving their 'jobs for the boys' opinion. We all know if this was a non British manager they wouldn't give a **** and encourage him leaving. These ****s seem to get constant rock hard boners for mediocre British pub teamers.

Seven months ago the same ex pros opinion was that he should have been sacked after the Meyler incident.
Short memories when it suits.

Not all of them mate. Honestly, to them that seems like the only possible reason for the **** to have been sacked in his entire tenure. When we had our bad run(s) it was the players. All the ****ing players but not him. When we win again - it is Pardew that deserves to be treated with respect.

I don't get this dignity bollocks either. Hanging in by your bleeding finger tips in the most obsinate pig headed manner when the writing was on the wall months ago doesn't really appear to me as dignified. He just looked a pathetic chancing **** imo.

It is my belief that the transfer meeting with Ashley was the last straw, especially after last season when Cabaye was sold without a replacement. The team then had a distaster of a year with Pardew taking virtually all the blame. ( much warranted mind you ). He wasn't going to go through that again and then the right job, right time came along and with his family home close to the ground his Xmas's came at once.
Add to that the fans like him as an ex player and life becomes totally different. He was never my cup of tean but good luck to him, he'll need it and I hope he will take some of his favs with him. Wilo, Goofy, Sammi.

Life of a pundit. There is a reason why so many do it - its the ****ing easiest job on the planet! Depending how the wind has changed, just alter your opinion. To be most on these boards are no different. They however are not getting paid for the privilege!

Pards must think all his. Christmases have come at once.he can walk away at long last to a tough challenge yes, but to a club and fans that want him. He won't be here when that fat git sells Sissoko and Perez. Cisse , Tiote and his replacement, Abeid are all at the ACN and we have no spine to the team and no strikers. Who's blood are we going to bray for then? Pards has played a blinder IMHO and will be laughing all the way back to. London, they say be careful what you wish for and l for one fear that's going to be true.

All of this is so, so true.

I said yesterday that the thought of a return to x managers in the course of one season scares the life out of me.

And I don't feel any better about it today.

Pardew's signing was supposed to have been announced last night (was it a Friday?) but nothing has happened.

Is he going or what?
That is the question. Is all this a game? Leaving a bullettproof job for the opposite scenario? Its 50/50 Pardew will even be in our dug out today!
Seriously, he'll only go if his heart rules his head.

Regarding people stating that Pardew must have been so hurt over the fact that Cabaye was sold and the years downward spiral was blamed on him alone, I would like to remind everyone that he head butted a Hull City player after Cabaye was sold and THEN our year went to ****. That's when he received the blame.

I would never ever blame Pardew for the poor decisions made in the transfer centre, but if he goes and headbutts a ****ing player on the touchline, or pushes a referee or calls a fellow professional a "stupid old ****!" Then I will state that he's a ****ing tool and deserves the sack. The headbutt is why I thought that entire downward spiral was down to him. People are so so negative about him deciding to leave because it's put the fear of god into them, but if Pardew was sacked it would have been a different story, I'm completely indifferent to whether he was forced out, wanted to leave because the fans annoyed him, the board told him someone was going or he preferred having his ****s in London than in Newcastle. It's all jargon that doesn't matter. All that matters is we nail a replacement as soon as, and forget about this nonsense.

Pardew certainly wont have to lay out for toilet paper for the foreseeable, the way Keith Millen is licking his arse.

I mean what kind of joke of a club are we. The current manager - for no official announcement has been made - is working for Crystal Palace in less than half an hour. It's such an endless shambles. We sit here debating direction or next managers, yet whilst that fat kent suns himself, his club, a Premier League club with millions of followers and about a billion passive viewers, can't even announce these changes properly.
