ok theo - from the list of available managers on that website produce a better list of men we might actually stand a chance of getting.
I don't think he's having a go at the list you drew up, just saying that there are **** all decent ones out there :/
i think dave jones, we was linked with him before pearson, not sure if it was paper talk but he is a free agent now. Alternativley my 1st choice would be Brian Little (should never have been sacked) with warren joyce and theo whitmore as his assistants![]()
has anyone else been sad enough to look at the list of available managers on the lma website. there is probably enough for a shortlist for interviews - if they want to come to the club and city. Looking at the candidates i would go for one of the following 5 -
Alan Curblishley, Colin Calderwood, Sammy McIlroy, Ray Wilkins or Nigel Worthington.
Personally i would like Mr Worthington, but whoever is chosen there will be some critics as soon as he is appointed

Out of work managers, largely tend to be out of work having failed previously.
We need to be pro-active and go get someone in a job, rather than be re-active and wait for the same old tired names to apply.
