Know most aren't interested in this but kinda makes me feel better writing it so:

Back from GP she was not impressed by "substandard care" but that's another issue.

Poked me about, made the right noises. She's not happy with everything going on so referring me to hospital for CT scan (sounds familiar!) and to non-surgical consultant this time, said they'll probably do endoscopy too at that point and she also want liver function tests done which I've booked for Tuesday as ultrasound showed some fatty deposits in my liver (so something else we need to address, as she doesn't think it's related to this problem).

I've already started on that with change of diet trying to shift some weight anyway, I've lost about 6kg in last month so that's a result lol.

Signed me off till Christmas though :O

Another update:

Worst day so far feel even worse, terrible headache all day then ended up being sick all day, despite not having eaten anything for 18 hours.

Managed to crawl out of bed for 2 hours this evening and eat a little chicken and rice took me 2 hours to eat it.

Got Drs tomorrow for liver function bloods going to phone first thing and say I need stronger painkillers as I can't cope like this anymore it's just too much

I really hope they sort you out soon Rich, it can't be much fun being in such pain and not knowing why!

Thanks Dave, you're right knowing what the problem is would be half the battle, as it is there's the constant worry at the back of your mind of is this going to kill me.

I'm considering borrowing the money for a private ct scan

Christ Rich, I really hope that you can get yourself sorted soon, its crazy in this world of technology that they can't get you sorted.

Best wishes mate, try as hard as it might to keep your chin up.

Cheers fellas, GP wasn't best chuffed this morning got on the blower to hospital, heard surgeon on phone say and what was outcome of his hospital stay last time she said:

"Nothing it was completely unhelpful"

Made me smile lol. Anyway long story short after sitting in waiting room for 3.5 hours at N&N consultant wants me in tonight and wants a CT scan done in the morning. Hopefully it happens this time....

Yeah worst part even worse than the pain is, is this something trivial or is it gonna be life threatening?

Just hope this scan shows something
