Yes luckily I do, wife has been a rock, feel bad for her. Gp has me on dihydrocodeine 4 times a day but given the state of the pain clinic situation I'm going to press them to try something else to manage the pain I'm in I've discussed butrans patches in the past so I might have to push them into trying something like that. I think patches of some kind is the answer to give a constant low dose so you avoid the peaks and troughs via tablets and the dhc doesn't work anyway. Really fed up despite the antidepressants, still not heard anything from mental health team despite urgent referral guess they're overworked too. On positive side I've got car booked in, am praying it's something simple like blocked fuel filter rather than faulty diesel pump otherwise got big problems. I'm managing to go to work part time I go in for mornings stay till around 1230 then go home and fall asleep. I've had a terrible headache all week which I'm hoping is a reaction to the antidepressants building up in my system. Hoping to get out next week for a bit I seem to have these ups and downs one week I'm stuck in bed puking and the next almost normal. I can walk short distances sometimes without my walking stick others I can do enough to get to the car that's it. Did stairs at work today and nearly blacked out afterwards had that cold blood drained feeling and things went a bit dim for a second or two. Gonna ask for referral to neurologist and rheumatologist next seeing as they can't find physical problems the only place they haven't looked is at my brain so maybe head mri next. It's so tiring though Sent from my Sony Xperia Z1
