We are City through and through. Nothing is likely to ever change that (even though at times I sort of wish it would). Most of the population don't think like we do. The Allams have done and continue to do irreparable damage. Things may only change for the better when they finally leave; a risk, but I for one are more than happy to take that risk.

The Allams have the power here, they are the ones that can try and turn it around. They aren’t.

So the Allams have told people with 30,40,50 years support to cut off their noses to spite their faces? I thank the good Lord that I come to my own decisions in life.

That's assuming those people haven't also come to their own decision.

Everyone has a limited amount of money, everyone prioritises each month what they'd like to spend the money on.

If the passion has gone because they don't feel part of anything any more, why should they continue to spend that money out of blind loyalty? Community engagement could help persuade these people to continue. They obviously feel SOMETHING towards the club, a bit of positive PR would help.

(For the record, I kept going, but I totally understand why others threw in the towel)

Why more for derbies,why more for more attractive games? A boycotts a boycott unless we are playing a more fashionable opponent?

Out of the numerous people I know in Hull and surrounding villages,I know of 2 people that had no choice due but to cancel due to losing their jobs through a pandemic,the rest remain.Some,I know as fact are not happy with the current situation with the owners but the common denominator for them seems to be the fact that they've been going for anywhere between 40-56 years.

I didn't say people couldn't afford it, I said people would choose whether they wanted to divert their money towards something they'd lost their passion for or something else.

But yes, increased cost of living/loss of wages will be a factor for some.

It's a 520 mile round trip for a home game for me(varies on aways up to maybe 800 miles),I bring my lad,train fare anywhere between £120-£180,usually stay with family,tickets £60? Beer money,don't even go there.

I'll be down next season irrespective of whether or not we're playing Accrington or Arsenal and I couldn't give 2 ****s whether Ehab Allam engages with me or not(I don't particularly like the owners of Tesco either but I function better on food).

I've had a passion for this Club since 1969 and that'll remain until I depart from this mortal coil.

That's great, I hope you enjoy it.

But everyone else will have a different line in the sand, for a variety of reasons.

That wasn't my point.

I was saying that the Allam's have antagonised people and due to that, that's their responsibility to build those bridges, as they are the ones that have the most to gain from getting the supporters/customers back.

My point is that if they expect supporters to continue to come, they have a responsibility to drive that passion in some. It's basic marketing.

Ehab genuinely believes he's done nothing wrong and that we're all just too stupid to realise how brilliant he is.

And therefore they will continue to struggle to raise money, meaning that they will continue to be criticised for their running of the club.

They can break this cycle.
