Stop running the club like an amateur, and putting amateurs in charge...

Lead by example, care about your business and put people in charge with a track record of success. Give your club a management, a playing and coaching staff with more promotions than relegation on their CV s.

You owe it to your youngsters coming through, the players and fans willing to back you with a bit of positive direction. The melaise you've created currently has no direction.

Be big enough not to employ a 'yes man'. Utilise the local press to your advantage as opposed to shying away.

Be a ****ing man. Be successful, be a legend. Take this club and it's latent supporters forward.

Or do the decent thing, cut your losses and sell up.

Ehab, don't behave like the perrenial 'miss Havisham' jilted and bitter, taking yourself up in flames with the rest of us.

You have an opportunity to be better. For God's sake take it.!

Be a ****ing man.

do you think posters should call you a ****er, a ****, a ****ing Neanderthal and threaten to meet up with you to sort it out and should you have an immediate ban because you posted a vile sexist comment and there's no room for sexism in football - just asking because that's what you did the other night - or maybe you don't think sexism is the same as racism and somehow it doesn't matter as much - do you see how easy it is to be judgmental - what the other poster said was daft and he's apologised but let him without sin cast the first stone eh

There's no room for sexism and racism full stop. Merely an oversight I'm sure.

How is that sexism? Should he tell him to act like a woman? That would be sexist perhaps. Maybe he should act likeca non binary, gender neutral person?

Whether you like it or not being told to man up or be a ****ing man is all about stereotypes that men are stronger than women - it's not acceptable any more and is deemed offensive

Ehab, aamil nafso min Banha.

Either that or as ‘the natives’ would say in order to appeal to your better nature:-
**** OFF BACK TO THE DESERT YOU ****ER BEFORE I TWAT YOU & TAKE THAT **** OF A MANAGER WITH YOU......but with spelling mistakes.

Missing commas, a meaningless number of dots (only one, a full stop, or three, an ellipsis, have any meaning). At least we would get the punctuation correct. Sithee.
