Yeah, it's my other email account so I would get the email in there anyway but got nowt. I created an Outlook account after the Gmail carry on but both are my accounts. The email with the ticket came through from SKI DATA so there wouldn't be a problem with Gmail users. Got nowt in the Gmail account.
what a bummer a unnecessary trip to ticket office then KLD really needs to sort this off field mess out

Yeah, I saw that earlier. Nothing confirmed by the club but I hope they do either way as people will be travelling up to get the strip
exactly and they understaffed switch people from shop to ticket office ect utter shambles off the pitch look like a non league club

Yes I believe so. I got a physical season card for the bairn and left mine as digital. I ordered 2 tickets today for the friendly, one assigned to me and the other to him. Mine arrived via email and downloaded to Google wallet. Emailed the ticket office to see where his was and they said it wouldn't be sent as he had opted for a physical card.

I'll be going down tomorrow to try and sort it out. It cant be loaded onto his card because the full stadium isn't open and we aren't in our season card seats.

Cheers for clarifying that, curious why i can't order online and have a print at home ticket emailed.

As I can't get the time off work to go to the ticket office beforehand, I will have to queue up pre match rather than go for a pint or 2

Luckily I had booked tomorrow off work weeks ago but now it turns out I will be spending the morning down there sorting this out. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

It all seems a bit ham fisted and not very well thought out to be honest
I don't think the staff/club know what info to put out as they haven't a scooby how it all works tbh. Should have been a lot more consultation and asking fans their particular situations so all of this could have been incorporated into the tender and spec of the system.

Apparently the club have told GG that anyone with a physical card won't be getting a digital season card email on monday, so even if a small percentage wanted to try digital while having the back up of a card, they can't

It's mental. I'd read that as the system not being quick enough to allow entry for the physical card and cancel the electronic version (or visa versa), which again should be instant.

When I ordered the ticket this morning it took 90mins for my digital ticket to arrive in my inbox. So, for instance, if anyone is in the town at about 2pm and they think about buying a digital ticket for a 3pm KO they might get the ticket delivered by HT going on those timescales.

It shouldn't take 90 seconds nevermind 90mins <laugh>
