Well that makes sense. You either accept the digital one, or you ask for a physical one. Struggling to see how this is a negative
And as I said, if a small percentage which have gone for a physical card as they where nervous of the tech or because of habit wanted to have a go with a digital option but wanted the back up of a card, they can't even have a go. That's not being negative, I am suprised given the push for digital that it's been done so any of the "floating voters" can't give it a go
But then you open it up to fraud - person 1 uses the physical card, person 2 uses the digital card. Don't pretend it wouldn't happen
You'd assume so, but the potential is there. It also removes any ambiguity for these poor confused souls who can't understand how to click on an email
The only reason I couldn't click on the bairns email for his ticket for Saturday was the fact that it didn't arrive and they had no intention of sending one. Good job Mystic Meg told me about it cos the club weren't going to.
apparently mate of st joes mate over the road still got a email for saturday and got a physical card too
Absolute mess. Just had a message from someone and there is hardly anything left. Hundreds of people waiting in a line for nowt. Shambles. Fire Steven Davison immediately. Absolutely incompetent.
Well the kit launch has gone well..... As I keep saying on the field is brilliant, off the field is an absolute shambles and there is no justification for it being this bad
Cant believe how far weve progressed on the pitch since KLD has come in but off field stuff is embarrassing Changes need to be made
They do mate. It's mad too given the size of the club and the commercial opportunities available. I don't think KLD will let this slide much longer to be honest.
Been down the ticket office to sort the bairns ticket for tomorrow. They were about 10mins late opening up as nobody knew who had the keys (not joking). People had been there since half 9. I was queuing for over an hour and got sorted in about 2 mins once inside. Couple of lasses behind me said it was their 3rd visit to try and buy season tickets and the lass behind the was trying to sort her season tickets out as they had been sold to someone else. Canny few of them were very pissed off. People queuing for the shirt were right round to the back of the North stand/aquatic centre.
I'd be disappointed if they didn't already have a list of names to come in and take over the commercial side.
Am absolute shambles. Could lose a lot of goodwill if not fans because of this mess behind the scenes
Not making excuses for anyone but I wonder if we are tied into historic contracts which restrict the capacity of what the suppliers are able/willing to produce. I can't imagine any business deliberately missing the opportunities to increase revenue that we seem to do. Surely it can't be just incompetence, even the most foolish person learns from their mistakes and goodness knows we have made plenty of them
