"Sean Dyche would walk here on his hands and knees to manage Hull City."
A jaw dropper I heard yesterday down the gym. Maybe the provider had dropped a 20 kilo dumbell on his nogging. Or maybe there's something in it!!!

Isn't that a misnomer or whatever the **** you call it? How can he walk here if he's on his hands and knees?

Some of us were asking questions about signing all these random players that we can’t even fit in a match day squad let alone build a team from, but getting batted down by the excitement.

What is this mindset people keep talking about that we just need to make it to January? We are not going to be strengthening. We are not signing a load more players. We already have several senior players on the books at the club who have been left unregistered from the squad because we have too many.

It’s a complete and utter shambles.

We certainly have too many players in the squad, but with the injury crisis we've got, we're still having to play the weakest players like Williams and Smith from time to time. I don't think we'd have signed all of them if it wasn't for all of the injuries piling up before the window even closed. We didn't really have much other option.

Yep. They weren't brought in as back ups, but it's hard to deny which pair had more impact on the team. Sinik will only improve and Pelkas hasn't looked too bad, both are just in the team and haven't looked too bad, but there's more to come from both of them.
Yeah I think when we are looking at the number of current injuries, we also have to take into account Pelkas and Sinik have only just returned into a new league. They will take a while to bed in and but for injuries, would have been further on

Claude Puel? No inside info, just throwing a fairly well known, unemployed French manager out there!

It’s so easy to just move them on isn’t It
You and acun are in football manager heaven

Some of them it will be. The likes of Cannon, Smith, Williams and McLoughlin will have plenty of options. They're all good pros and aren't on stupid money.

If Vale doesn't work out, we can send him back, and he'll be on an inflated sum as he's really highly regarded at Chelsea.

There's plenty of options to free up funds that are realistic and reasonable.

I'd happily shift out Woods as he's not done anything, but I can't imagine there's a queue of clubs who'll want him. I don't think he'll leave in January but Seri is one who seems likely to be off next summer unless things change. He's a big name so will hopefully still have an offer from UAE.

Stated himself on a bbc pod a fortnight ago he sees himself in the premier league.
That's the opening position for a negotiation! What he and Burnley achieved over a decade is something to be proud of. Whether he wants to do it again, or whether the style of football meets Acun's dreams is another matter entirely.

You simultaneously say players will be easy to move on as they aren't on big money and say that moving them on will free up funds?!
