Surely can't be hard to find a other place for it
It seems quite short sighted to have a huge plot if land doing essentially nothing

Walton parking area would make a incredible place to build an indoor training centre with enough room for a few outdoor pitches
Similar to man citys but less high budget
Hopefully the land gets identified soon as it would be nice to get this moving asap
Can't they just flatten the Lord Line building and slap it there?

I think Walton Street would be a poor place to have the training ground. Not sure it would be attractive to would be signings to be inner city. Much better to be out to the West Hull villages surely?
You should be use to thatMartins news is all wind and piss.
It won't be a city centre site, if it was me and my money, I'd be making a very kind offer to hull Ionians for their set up and potentially the farmer who owns the fields next to it to make it into a full blown training and academy set up

House BuildersWho would be impressed by it?
Might be talking out my rear on this one but I heard Ionians keep funding their club by selling off land that they own around their facilities to developers.
