I would admit if he doesn't speak the language it would be a total non starter. I don't know if he does or not.

He's got more managerial experience than Phil Neville and Kevin Phillip. Also Roy Keane before he arrived with no games under his belt.

Montero with a young English coach as number 2 just intriges me. Would raise eyebrows and interest.

He was a world class defender and notorious hard nut. Better pedigree than Di Canio but some of his better principles perhaps along with better tactical nous

Aye he was a proper madman, but very good with it, I think he was named in Juve team of the century.

I think the difference with the likes of Neville is they know the English game, I’m not overly keen on him either for the record, maybe as a number 2 to someone like Keane.

Intrigue and interest, sure. Might be the wrong time for that kind of gamble though.

Don't doubt it. He's done quite a good job of running his football club in a rugby league town though. I'd trust his judgment on Rösler.

He's done a good job with Northern Ireland but as his league experience is only with Brechin City and Shamrock Rovers, he'd be too much of an experimental choice for my liking.

Next day(When he was of playing Hitler at another branch), I rearranged them back to my way. 4 big brands having their own sections. Price order of course. Sports soccer did though and hired me to revamp their storeroom and poached me from JJB. I was the storeroom man on the other end of the radio in Eldon Square. Yep, that's why you need to know your alternatives too, develop an extra sense of knowing a persons tastes just off their one choice we don't have in stock.

If you don't have their trainers in stock have an alternative for them to try. Get them a style they like on their foot as quick as possible. Without meticulous organisation you just can't get the shoe on fast enough. Last thing you want is to give a customer thinking time. Play on their compulsive instincts. Everybody wants a nice new pair of kicks, last thing you want is them thinking about bills or rent while staff take an age. Sweep them up in the moment init.

Every single shoe in stock laced ready to go too. Sports Soccer loved me.

He has my respect always, he gave us the best season ever since the Reid days and consolidated on that by keeping us in the Premiership with ease..

Couldn’t agree more, hence he’d be my pick in a blink.

People say never go back but **** that ****. People go back often in life and often it’s because they know it was better before.

Aye, Keane was on to Short from the off. I don't think he spunked money but he was supported to strengthen, he wouldn't get that this time, not that I think he'd touch the club under Shorts ownership. So non starter just on that, Don't think he'd come, don't think Short would have him back and I certainly don't think he'd get the money he needs, but then, I don't think anybody will get that money.
