This, it makes you wonder how some go on, who they actually want. More murderers?I think they are genuine. It can't be denied that things haven't been going right so far in 2024 but I wonder if anyone who wants rid of them have pondered on the comparisons between the current owners and people like Donald & Methven, Michael Knighton at Carlisle, Chansiri at Wednesday, Dai Yongge at Reading, Peter Ridsdale and his profligate spending at Leeds, or even the owners of the exercise in propaganda up the road.
But that doesn’t mean there are no actions. Without them parading someone they haven’t signed, what actions do you want? I get it’s taken far longer than it should, but the “actions” in this context I would say are the actual appointing of the head coach.Actions speak louder than...however weve seen no actions...thats why the WTF
Ownership changes also eat up so much time and as you say are a lottery. I like KLD and want him to be better and better the club instead of selling to someone who may or may not take us on.I think they are genuine. Best to chill and relax and wait for the announcement. There's nothing we can do about it, the clubs in good hands, but if you let it get to you, I'm sure it will affect your mental health.I've got to praise your patience and optimism mate!
Clubs in good hands? We'll see. Jury is well and truly out at this point.Best to chill and relax and wait for the announcement. There's nothing we can do about it, the clubs in good hands, but if you let it get to you, I'm sure it will affect your mental health.

Leicester have only been managerless for 15 days
Burnley have only been managerless for 20 days
Took Brighton 29 days to appoint their manager
Sunderland 120 days and still no sign of one. Can't really compare them
Leicester have no manager
Burnley have no manager
Brighton have only just appointed a manager
Are any of those sides north of 120 days without a permanent coach?
Its alright to be critical where its due you know. This has been handled poorly.
For me, Its been a money saving exercise by the club from the 19th January until the new season starts... Its been a "Lets wait until as late as possible before we commit to a new Coach"..Again. 120 days is just silly. We had an interim head coach. Why would we have hired a permanent head coach. We didn't need two head coaches.
It's 45 days.
This isn't me defending the club. I'm pretty arsey at the club. But 45 days ought to be a strong enough criticism without the need to turn to hyperbole which makes us look obtuse and unreasonable in our complaints.
It’s fair to say that the owner has had 120 days to at least look at candidates.. I find it hard to believe they didn’t put out feelers during the time Didds was in charge.. if that’s the case then 45 days after a 75 day opportunity to scour the market is still way too longAgain. 120 days is just silly. When that plod on quote was made, did he say until when?
Wasnt it to the end of the season and see where we are? When that plod on quote was made, did he say until when?
Get the point you are making, but the search didnt just start 45 days ago. The '120 days' isnt applicable to 'no head coach' as you say, but it doesnt mean there shouldnt of been significant work done in preparation for a post season appointment. I cant give the club the benefit of the doubt by saying they've only had 45 days personally. The amount of time they had with Dodds as interim makes the time its taking post season look even worse from my perspective.Again. 120 days is just silly. We had an interim head coach. Why is "permanent" suddenly important? The club made the decision to put Dodds in place until the end of the season. So the clock starts after the Sheff Wed gameAre any of those sides north of 120 days without a permanent coach?

KS: We're really proud that we've got a talented group and when you've got that, you're going to get that backhanded compliment of the phone ringing on multiple occasions and people are going to try and prise those players away. I think it's a huge success for us to get through a January window especially where we haven't lost a player of that calibre, you only have to look at other teams in the league who unfortunately have lost big players midway through a campaign. That's not us and that's a real positive for us as a club. I think that ultimately, the lads are really, really happy. They enjoy being in the group and everything about Sunderland, so we'll plod on to the end of the season and see where that gets us.
