I'm sure people will roll their eyes but Andor, if treated as an independent Sci Fi show about capitalism and tyranny, rather than a Star Wars show, is truly terrific. The cinematography, writing and performances are fantastic. There's no lightsabers or Jedi or anything, just a grounded, gritty show.
I just finished the last 3 episodes last night, I’m a huge Star Wars fan, so I try & watch everything.
I watched Season 1, it was slow, 2 standout episodes for me were 6 & 12, the rest was just ok, but it flowed nicely & kept me entertained.
So when Season 2 was announced I was really looking forward to it, all the reviews were off the scale, so I’m thinking it’s slow but with a bit more about it. Well there was definitely more about it.
I waited until the end to see if it got flowing, whilst the overall story played out in some sort of order, there was so many pointless scenes with literally no explanation, no need for it.
It’s left me wondering if I missed half of the episodes or something, I didn’t, it was just pointless filler.
The last 3 episodes were the best IMO, but that’s because it was the closest to having no scenes left hanging with no explanation.

Surprised to hear that, I thought Eps 7-9 were the best with the revolution and massacre.

Yeah, I felt that was part of the main storyline, but it was just the unnecessary bits they put in with zero point to them, the guns on the table scene for one.
It was in the recap at the start of 10, so I’m thinking it’s something going to get paid off, but nothing!

She was on the jonathon Ross show, can’t say much more about her as did not know what to make of her.

Think that was just to re-introduce Melshi.

I really enjoyed Andor , I can understand some people thinking it was a bit slow at times
but for me they are just building the story

In terms of the plot there were a few things I didn't fully understand but I
put some of that down to my lack of Star Wars knowledge

Some very good actors and performances in it but Diego Luna
really stands out for me

Reminds me of Pedro Pascal they could play brothers in some series or a film.

Just finished “ the game “ 4 part channel 5 drama, all I’ll say is the two leading actors have been in far better dramas. For me it’s absolutely crap, poor script, wooden acting, don’t know why I’m surprised, channel 5 is usually and mostly **** shows.. wish I’d of used the 4 hours on just about any other programs, except ****ing soaps which I loathe

Enjoyed (probably not the right word here)

A Deadly American Marriage

Netflix

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36592065/

Love some true crime, never heard of the case.
But interestering perspectives and twists

Molly, absolute scum :emoticon-0119-puke: Could sense the fake persona through the screen Proper sociopath (psychopath?)
Watched it. Molly is incredibly good looking BUT wow, she is a lunatic. And her father is a cold calculating weirdo. And what about her mother? Heard the commotion involving her daughter and decides to roll over and fall asleep!!! Nothing added up...but hey they are proper white Americans and a wrap on the knuckles is the outcome for that kind of murder???F...king horrific death.

Few episodes into Gangs of London.

Bit all over the place, and fight scenes (and endless bullets) a bit over the top...but I'm liking it!

Like to keep my finger on the pulse of the most up to date shows, currently watching Boon, remember the theme tune from my childhood but little about the show - what a banger <laugh>

Watched the Bob Dylan film last night. Really enjoyed it to be fair.

True actress who played Joan is possible the best looking women I’ve ever seen in my life.
