Am just saying that it is most peoples least favourite meat, because its mostly made up of protein and very little fat, and fat is where the flavour is.
Yes, of nothing, which is why when something tastes weird or flavourless, people say it tastes like chicken.... hmmm.... tastes "like chicken" ... ergo chicken has a distinct taste

Duck is far more flavoursome because ducks are fatter, because they have to float on water.
Its a nicer texture too, where has a lot of chicken is slimy or stringy.
Big venison fan myself without making the obvious joke of it being a bit deer.
