Match Day Thread Leicester v Hull City

The radio leicester presenter just said

"The fans will want them to get out and attack Hull City, show them that they're the home team, show them that they're bottom of the league"

<laugh>

I hope so too.

My initial thoughts too Peter, not Trumpton Riots but their version of the Brian Cant timeless classic "Time Flies By When You're the Driver Of a Train"

"Every Saturday I get the Chigley skins & they always smash my windows ‘cos the home side always wins Yeah, time flies by when you’re a driver of a train, Gonna get me syringes out and crank up once again"

Missed your post Ben.

Trumpton Riots has this line:

We’ve had Cant conformism since 1966
And now subversion’s in the air in the shape of flying bricks.

Which went unnoticed by many for years, but the double meaning of Cant is pure ****ing poetry.

Leicester lining up:

-----------------Schwartzer---------------

De Laet------Morgan----Huth----Upson--- Schlupp

---------------James-----Cambiasso-----Mahrez

----------------------Vardy------Kramaric

Given our experience of the formation (I think it's something that's fairly new to their squad), I'm now a little more optimistic.

C'mon Brucie. Get stuck into these ****s from the start. We need to be winning against the bottom team like every ****er else.

Before TigerCalv comes wading in, perhaps I should say that for a player built up by Bruce as being crucial to us at the start of the season, Aluko has fallen a long way short of where he should be. Attacking flair is only any good if you exhibit it and he simply doesn't do enough. Add that to his uncanny ability to get caught in possession , to be predictable and to provide next to nothing when we don't have the ball and you have a player that will surely be on his way back to the Championship this Summer. Next season, if we stay up, we need much, much better.
Well it looks like Bruce did have the thinking of going more attacking as Ramirez is in, I would have preferred Aluko for more movement and speed but I think he did the right think dropping Meyler and taking a more attacking approach. Hopefully we won't get battered after writing this!

First time I've listened to Radio Humberside for ages, hopefully I won't end up chucking the radio through the kitchen window listening to the two dummies commentating

Giving the ball away just outside our penalty area will cost us unless it stops. It cost us points at the start of the season I remember.
