We’ll never know what really went on behind the scenes between GA and players, especially Willock/Richards. I don’t see GA backing off either of them - but he was fighting a losing battle with both of them. Willock isn’t interested. Richard’s was sitting on social media ‘liking’ people ridiculing his manager rather than defending him, or just saying nothing if he didn’t like what he was being told (says a lot about him that he then hides his account like some little mouse scurrying away). Pathetic. But, yes, you’re right.
