I saw on the Hull City facebook page that Dele Adebola posted that he was looking forward to the new season. I didn't get chance to look at whether it was the real Adebola or not though

Just for the record, neither of those rumours in Kisser were anything to do with me. :emoticon-0184-tmi:

If were buying Krul i think his price just may have gone up. Hes making his debut for Holland against Brazil tomorrow.

It looks like the Treacy one was true, we've made an enquiry but we've got competition, Dipswich and Forest fancy him and Burnley have just had an £800k bid rejected. £1m could be enough, so long as we don't get involved in an auction, come on Assem, time to go shopping.

As I've said earlier Treacy is one of if not THE best winger/crosser in the Championship (as was). If you're going to have Adebola :)emoticon-0183-swear) you have to give him quality ammo.

Is it just me or, considering what we paid for Aaron McLean, is a million pounds a decent price to pay for Treacy? Why are the HDM saying that would be too much?

    That's an easy one!!

We paid about 4x more for Aaron McLean than he was worth!!!!

I Like Aaron McLean but you don't buy something off Blackpool beach for the same price as something from Lambourn when you are trying to win a race!!

£1m is a fair price. Would give us quality supply from the wings

Agreed, we need some left-sided width.

However it all depends how much we have to spend, because we do need 7 or 8 other players.

The hull paper said hull made an enquiry but were put off big a price, besides treacy said on his twitter he wants to stay and the chairmanship said he isn't for sale.

In response to the guy who said traecy is lazy and thats the reason brown isnt in love with him,

yes he is quite lazy but phil brown likes him a lot and traecy likes brown which explains treacys up turn in performances since phil brown came in

Krul kept a clean-sheet tonight. On his international debut. For the Netherlands. Against Brazil.

    Not happening. <laugh>

Haha, yeah he isn't worth that, the big price tags just to scare off teams.

I'd rather find a left footed Cameron Stewart for the same price we paid for Stewart £300k?

And step on it! I have to say I was underwhelmed when we signed him. His injury was probably the biggest factor in us failing to make the top 6.

That works fine until he puts in a transfer request because he wants to double his wages.
