Fact - Deano was ALWAYS good enough for us, but we sold him to a better team to raise funds.
How are the 2 situations comparable?
Is that the Deano that was released and played for North Ferriby?

The reason Jon Walters left City was nothing to do with performance. He wanted to be closer to his family because his baby was seriously ill.Warren Joyce was (wrongly) deemed not to be good enough for us in the bottom division.

Your theory that one can't improve his abilities over a 10 year period either applies to both of them or neither, I'd suggest it's neither.
It'll never change mate, the manager will get slagged every time we lose or don't play free-flowing football, I think Pearson would have gotten away with it but for the fact that he didnt play the game when it came to interviews, if he'd been a performing seal then half of the Blunderside texters would have thought he was gods gift
Hows about this for a crazy idea. If Joyce does come, why not give him our full support and then judge him from how he performs on his reappointment. People are entitled to question his appointment or say they'd rather have someone else. But to slag off about it really isn't what's needed.
How about this for a crazy idea. We use a message board to debate up coming decisions, before they happen at the club. If Warren Joyce is Hull City manager as of Monday afternoon, he will get 100% support, as he will fully deserve as a new manager. He will off me in any case.
If we go on to get promoted, I'll be first in the queue asking for a double helping of Humble Pie.
Having said that I remain concerned that a manager with little experience, who has never even managed at this level (Even Brownie had, and he was inexperienced - and recognised that) is not the right man to lead this club forward, with an assistant of even less experience.
If he came, of course he'd be given full support.
Doesn't mean it's the right appointment though.
what about the first time deano was here in his early years when he was released. he has been it us 3 times

i'd like to see you back the new manager whatever happens, can't help but be a bit suspicious if you don'tDidn't help that Pearson told us he'd rather not be here in his first interview.

remember that game think there was about 1700 of us , torquay utdWhat's your point? You do realise that anyone can edit wiki dont you? Anyway, I'm not disputing that Joyce is a hero - I was there at our lowest ebb in the lowest ever league crowd and the lowest EVER crowd for a competitive game (how many others on here can sqay that?) and I'll never forget what he did. That doesnt mean I think he's right for us now.
I think Joyce would be as good a choice as any and no greater risk than others mentioned . He knows a lot of the players, he's familiar with the club & it potentially keeps the door to Man Utd open. He has gainied experience at the most successful British club.
Whoever we appoint it'll be a risk and any success our new manager may bring will only be seen in retrospect of the appointment.
