I would expect Philogene, Zaroury and Giles would all be in line to start against Millwall, with Omur and Ohio off the bench.
Obviously an incredible window, that goes without saying.
The squad looks very good on the whole, still light on wingers, we've certainly gone for quality over quantity in those positions, and presumably Ömür playing wide when required is on the cards, as well as Slater/Traore if it comes to it.
We're obviously light at centre back too. But presumably with the budgetary restraints this is just the reality, we can't have infinite players and if we want all these attackers with cover for injuries then there has to be a tradeoff somewhere, and realistically CB is the place we're most likely to be able to get away with less numbers, with the fitness record of Greaves and Jones as it is.
I make it 20 players now out on loan, which surely must be a record. I wonder what all these fringe players must cost us in wages and whether it's worth it in the end when only a few at best will ever make it in our first team.
We'll have 5 debutants plus Philogene available on Saturday. Basically half a new team compared to our last game.

I'm not sure. Giles is the only one likely to have trained more than a day.
Zaroury played against Man City yesterday so he's not lacking match fitness. Think attacking players are easier to throw on at short notice. Carvalho for instance was only here a few days before starting.
Does anyone know what's going on with Xavier Simons? I heard he was injured and returned to the club but not sure how long he's out for or if he's expected to go back.
Maybe, but can they fit a defensive shape of the cuff and start in a new system?
Recon Giles and Sharp start Milwall and Ohio, Abdus, Zaroury off the bench?
Dunno. But I'd be surprised If the Millwall squad wasn't significantly different to the say, Huddersfield squad in a couple of weeks time.
Zaroury is already well rehearsed at playing in a system like ours he could well be in the starting line up.
Your score prediction will no doubt still be a loss! The signings look good, I just hope they gel well enough with the rest of the squad. Fingers crossed that we give Millwall a good bumming on Saturday.
Typical City syndrome does dictate a probable loss and Honeyman scoring the winner.Your score prediction will no doubt still be a loss!
