If the search function wasn't so broken I'd pull posts out but Toast was very complimentary and others were excited perhaps purely on the back of the fee spent.

I still think he is a very good player, I don't think his ability has ever been in doubt from the staff. He didn't settle well in the country when he arrived, he has since been injured every time he got into the first team picture and I think everybody is just a bit fed up of it all.

I don't think that's entirely wrong, but we wouldn't have as much trouble as we're having getting him out on a permanent if enough other clubs also thought he was a very good player.

The problem is that nobody here will touch him because he's barely played. He has plenty of interest from Turkiye, all things done he'll be gone by Thursday on loan.

Because teams in Turkiye aren't flush with cash and can't pay what we're asking, even if we take a 25% loss. I mean Acun might change his mind, but I can't see it.
