I don't see that being big thing, you can de-register people etc. It is just the fact we have so many players we are paying wages for. We should try to sell the loan players as well. Carillo is on 70k and we are paying 40k of it so I heard.

I guess they want to avoid someone like long getting paid £60k a week for doing **** all for 6 months.

Carillio is just ... don't know what to say about that anymore.

We’re at 23 at the moment, following the departure of Davis.
Barnes, Hesketh & now Seager are overage and not part of that 23.

As Brendy said earlier, you can’t play for three teams in a season, so Ralph will have to be sure he wants a returning loan player before potentially selecting them

If Football Manager is accurate then you can play players in January as the registration period is open while the transfer window is, you have to resubmit the 25 man list when the window shuts.

That may just be something on the game though but it is usually pretty accurate when it comes to rules
 
In the past we bought cheap and sold high, but we are in a different situation now and in the immediate future. We are looking to get rid of players that aren't first choice for our manager, have some value, and are wanted by someone else. And we mustn't overlook the wages such a sale frees up. I suspect we will be trying for a good deal that will be reasonable for ourselves and acceptable for the player. Don't expect too much hardball from Saints...we want to reduce our present squad and open up options if a desirable player becomes available.

I strongly suspect that this has freed up squad space only. Rangers don't have a pot to piss in. There's no way they're paying a full PL wage on this deal.

He`s been getting plenty defending practice at StMirren. Plus he gets to visit lovely places like Aberdeen ! He scored recently too !
