If we still have a recruitment department diligently searching the leagues of Europe for new players it may be prudent for them to take into account the promotions and relegations from this years Nations League.

Disregarding the A League and the D League: (because I doubt we could afford anyone from A and even we won't be buying anyone from the Gibraltar U23s)

Promoted from B (granted they are now A):
Ukraine, Denmark, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sweden

Promoted from C:
Finland, Norway, Scotland, Serbia

and ignore the demoted teams:
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Turkey, Slovakia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, Cyprus

 
Serbia have got a useful creative midfielder. So far, he seems more useful than Norway's.
 
It's too late now but we should have signed Teemu Pukki, who scored 3 for Finland and 9 this season for Norwich having joined on a free transfer.

Pick up Loftus-Cheek, Moses and Christensen at the same time. Some sort of bulk buy deal.

Sadly I can't see them letting us have Giroud.

Giroud would probably take over Wes’s own goal-scoring duties.

(Not saying they'd all be available, mind)
