Would definitely improve us, but I think he's on approx 22/25k a week. I'm not sure I'd want us paying anywhere near that and I'm sure he'll have a host of clubs willing to take him.

He is Norwich’s highest paid player on £47,000 a week.

Sorry for getting everyone excited…back to reality haha

Thought that was clear from the context? He's putting 14m in with the rest coming from sponsorship etc, that has to cover all costs before we can even think about transfers.

I thought it meant 14m on transfer alone rather than just overall costs :emoticon-0153-broke

"I can put in £13m or £14m but after that, the amount of money we can spend on our squad depends on our income elsewhere so here in England it comes down to the fans and the businesses." Does he mean this summer?:emoticon-0104-surpr

Under FFP you are allowed to lose £39m over 3 years, so I think what he is saying in simple terms is that he can put in £13m a year not to fall foul of the FFP rules. The rest has to come from Sponsorship, TV revenue, ticket sales, player sales and Commercial profit such as concourse and the shop.
