What an odd question. You will get a penalty notice, of course. The penalties for non-payment will be clearly stated.
The registered keeper of the number plate read by the camera will get the fixed penalty notice.

Dunno mate, I'm not a master criminal. I just know how these toll systems work.So what would be the point of stopping a registered card to avoid payment then ?
Didn’t realise! You can do that for the Humber bridge
Every time he gave players a card they would ask him 'what have I done to deserve this' and that is where the song came from.I heard the sorry about the bloke heading for the Hull to Rotterdam ferry who rocked up at the Pier Head and got on the paddle steamer going across the Humber....Not sure if this was an urban myth.....A bit like Neil Tennant from the Pet Shop Boys is a qualified Rugby League referee. Or that David Bowie and Iggy Pop were keen birdwatchers.
Are they staffless now? There used to be a really pretty blonde in one of them some days. I would try and observe from distance who was in them and then cause chaos changing lanes late on. If I am paying over the odds to cross a bridge I prefer a nice face to be stamping my card. The new digital booths...

Sounds like a business opportunity.Think I might go around or catch the ferry to New Holland from the pier head. Is it still running?
You’d think there would be a business opportunity of some sorts doing river tripsSounds like a business opportunity.
)Stuart Maconie him off the radio a few years ago, used to make up these urban myths in the NME or one of those music papers. It's surprising how many people were actually fooled by them.Every time he gave players a card they would ask him 'what have I done to deserve this' and that is where the song came from.
Its wonderful how things pan out sometimes.
Glad I was never driving behind you.....Crash.Are they staffless now? There used to be a really pretty blonde in one of them some days. A family from the West Riding thought so too many moons ago. They were considering moving to Hull and spent months and months plus all their savings doing up a boat for river cruises with a mooring near the old Oss Wash. I got to know them when I was in the indoor market and they used to buy bits and bobs off me. They moved heaven and earth to get the operation off the ground but were hit from all angles by regulations and costs put in front of them by Hull City Council. In the end they threw the towel in and gave up on the idea. You’d think there would be a business opportunity of some sorts doing river trips
Used to be a speedboat that went to reeds island and back that was good fun (took my Mum on it for her 70th!)
Presumably not profitable, but it’s a shame
Sounds like a Terry Geraghty inspired refusal to do anything positive for the City. You know the bloke who was adamant that Ennerdale Sports Centre would close, if he had anything to do with it.... BTW.. Sport England have given HCC over £1 million to do it up...Should be reopening in the summer. But don't bank on it!!A family from the West Riding thought so too many moons ago.
