I've booked a trip to Italy. A full week away without the kids to Minori off the Amalfi Coast in April for my Mrs' 40th.

Fuerteventura is our go-to within Europe. Been to Gran Caneria, Lanzarote and Tenerife, but for us Fuerte has a much more laid back vibe. Also quite like Minorca but not been for quite a few years now.

Spent quite a bit of time in the US over recent years; Seattle, San Fran, New York, Orlando, San Diego, Santa Monica. SoCal (San Diego/Santa Monica) probably the nicest, I'd move to either of those locations if I had the chance. San Fran was a proper dump.
