doesnt look at all interested im not getting what slutskys seeing, lazy doesn't track runners and doesn't seem interested in wanting the ball
Henriksen spends all his time hiding from the ball, starting him and Larson together, after what happened against Derby, was unforgivable.
Absolutely hopeless, no heart or passion for the game and no ambition to win the ball. A waste of a shirt.
Henriksen was absolutely awful. Larsson is then left trying to do the work of 2 midfielders. As for Kingsley - ****ing hopeless. I'd rather start with Clark. Kingsley on two occasions tried tracking a Sunderland player back and it looked like he was running through wet concrete. Just about the worst performance I can remember from a left back and I have watched some ****e in my time following City.
I'm glad you said that GLP.... awful awful player.. no wonder Grosicki looked disinterested... at fault for their goal volleying the ball to someone in midfield, ball out to the right, no speed to get back, cross comes in unopposed and goal.. He is Division 3 standard at the very best...
He's an absolute fraud. You could see him literally hiding behind Sunderland players so that he couldn't receive a pass. Constantly got into positions that meant he couldn't receive the ball, or just pointed to other players who should've receiving a pass. Genuinely disgraceful performance. Kingsley just looks a bad player, but Henriksen is a disgrace. Hiding from the ball and not even making an effort off the ball either. How does he get anywhere near the bench with that performance today?
I can't remember ever seeing our midfield be so poor as in that first half. Often people exaggerate a poor performance so when a really genuinely poor one comes along it's hard to properly express how bad it really is. But this wasn't just a half where we were frustrated and couldn't get past their midfield; we couldn't even get the ball past their strikers without losing it. Slutsky gave a good reason for not starting Meyler, but why his first alternative is Henriksen completely baffles me. Makes you wonder who wanted to sign Irvine.
I thought Henriksen was decent in the first 10-15 minutes. Linked up play, set up a chance with a nice through ball, was eager to get involved. Then a switch was flicked and he drifted out of the game completely. Doesn't strike me as a happy bunny.
An utter disgrace to the shirt .. if Henriksen starts the next game I am personally gonna wipe my arse with my city shirt and deliver it at Sluts door ! I have never seen such a show of cowardice in my life .. no bottle .. no interest .. no energy .. no desire .. no skill .. do I need to go on .. and anyone defending this shower of **** please explain to me what he offers
