Well played mate, keep playing, keep enjoying it and maybe take a few lessons. The score will keep coming down. I played two rounds yesterday, 76 and 79, and one round today, 77. Delighted at my progress, another lesson on Friday.
Jesus I wish I was that good. I’ve never broken 80!
I regularly do rounds of about mid to high 70’s.
Mind it’s on a 9 hole course!!!
It helps if you can smash the fall 280+ yards down the middle of the fairway with your driver. And playing every day also helps

I’m hoping to squeeze 9 holes again after my course today before the light disappears. Cheeky ****ers charged me full price for half a round the other day that’s the price regardles of whether huh play 9 or 18....it’s a 9 hole course for ****s sake! I’m just gonna jump on and get me “other” 9 holes in and say now....robbin ****s, at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a ****ing mask!!
Greedy bazzards, make sure you get your proper moneys worth, it's dear enough to start with. I am off every Monday so just nip along and swing away to my hearts content. Plus I do no housework

That being said I headed out just before 5 o clock to stick me two fingers up to the robbing ****s here! Didn’t bother keeping score as I knew I wouldn’t get the full 9 in so just had some practice which went quite well. Hit a blistering ****ing driver off the tea cutting a dog leg out and managing to thread the ball through a 10ft gap between two tall trees...pure ****ing luck of course but it looked ****ing mint, lost the ball in the water tho which I’m not too arsed about cos the water was about 300 yards from the tea which I thought I’d be quite safe from but was one of the best connections I’ve made with me big stick (ooooo-er) for a while. ‘Ave it!
Gonna go for a full round at the weekend so will keep ya posted!

Played full round today, first one for about 2 years. Awful awful round 
Carded 102 in the end, short game and putting was ****ing shocking today, leaving everything short and thinning my irons a lot. Tee shots were probably the best they’ve been for a while, playing off the winter tees tho which I hate. Will get out a couple of mornings or afternoons this week for some practice and hopefully a better round at some point next week.

I've finally figured out how you manage to shoe horn so much golf into one day, your Porsche golf cart....

Glorious day today like, i'd be tempted to get back out there later this afternoon if my shoulders weren't so bloody stiff off yesterday. Will be used to it after a few more rounds I reckon. Might still go and have some practice like, might loosen me up ;-)

cracking that like, much better than my battered old buggy. Was glorious out there today, shot 76, two birdies, could have had a couple more. Playing again tomorrow afternoon
