we dont export 50% to the EU its lower than that, also we only export 12% of our total goods to the EU, so leaving will not hurt as much as you say it will

It's not ****! The pound crashed 20-25% in a few days back in 2008. It will most likely do the same this time....

    Two things here Tobes,
Have Brexit not tried because like the rest of us they don't know how it will pan out, so rather than trying to scare us all ( which at the moment is my opinion of Camron and his idiot sidekick Osbourne), it's better to focus on some of the positives, even if we don't all agree.
Are these the same economists who completely missed the banking crash, although as far back as 2006 alarm bells were being sounded and were ignored.

2008 was a global financial crash, we are currently talking about a renegotiation of trade terms, I wouldn't expect there to be the same impact, though again, it all depends what deal we do post exit.

What happened in 2008 started in the USA with them marketing billions of dollars of highly leveraged bonds that were supposedly 'secured' on mortgages. These mortgages were sold by high pressure sales people to people who, in some cases, didn't even have jobs! They were mortgages on properties that were next to worthless, or didn't even exist in the worst cases!...it was a train wreck waiting to happen!...

If the you get chance, see the film The Big Short. It pretty much explains where it all started.

When I worked in The City, there was a saying, 'America sneezes and the rest of the world gets a cold'. Still unfortunately true to an extent....

    This is absolute bollocks.

I suggest you go and acquaint yourself with the facts before posting such nonsense

Almost half of our goods and services exports are to the EU - fact

They've not focused on the economic outlook as they know the short term effect will be painful. They've even admitted that our GDP will fall and thus we'll be in recession.

They lose the economic argument and they know it, which is they've honed in on the headline £350m figure, immigration and the NHS.

The broadcast they made with the NHS waiting rooms, was an absolute joke. The claim that we'd put the 'saved' £350m into the NHS is completely disingenuous, as for one the net cost is less than half that figure and secondly the economy will fall be a far greater amount than the saving, so there'll be no net gain at all.

But we have our country back, were we control it, not some unelected fools, its not just the economy and immigration its much more and you want to give to away.

So many of our men died to keep us free and you will **** on them. Take a trip to the graves of our glorious dead in France, you will be shocked on how many you see.

Those men died to free Europe, not just GB.

If there was a war in Europe now your stance would presumably be to let them get on with it. Not GB's problem eh?

You know where I was coming from, its freedom of our nation and staying in is giving what they died for.

I would be happy to fight against the aggressor, as long as every other man who has come into this country stands with me to fight back.

Would you fight or run away a coward?

I wasn't aware we'd given our sovereignty away and the EU MEP's are elected love.

As for the war comment just lol. Sums up the jingoistic flag waving nonsense that's driving people like you to ignore the economic risk and instead think of the days of the ****ing empire

Almost 50% of our exports are to the EU, what part of that don't you understand like?

It's therefore by far our biggest export market.

Our MEPs have little say and staying in means more and more power being given to the EU (maastricht and lisbon treaty)

So you would run away, sounds about right for you, you do the talk but dont walk the walk, I can see you hiding at the back shouting orders and hiding in the ditch.
And nothing to do with Empire, just remember your History a little, its what made us a great nation and not a little footnote in history
