How are Labour doing after their first 12 months

Thanks Fosse. Mum was 83 on Thursday and has advanced dementia. Her care needs are full time and we don’t begrudge paying for this as we are fortunate to be able to cover the costs. However, her home costs have gone up 23% in the last 2 years, which stings a bit as we don’t see a 25% improvement in her care!

All the best with that buddy - my own mum was taken by COPD in the end which at least was quick when it happened ...

Agreed - the smelly bastards should be summarily executed along with cyclists that think red lights don't apply to them ... make London's streets safe for pedestrians again! and less whiffy - I don't want to arrive at work stinking of tropical fruit fart or any of the other obnoxious clouds that the vapey ****s indiscriminately leave to envelop the poor clods in their wake ...
Red lights are for cars:bandit:

Conservatives might lose more to the Lib Dems than polls suggest tbh, but some seats are too close to predict

Can’t believe the SNP will only end up with 22 MP’s. I’ll be shocked if it’s less than 32.

I can believe it

Some of their majorities sit at less than 1000 votes

I've been listening to both sides of the argument on this over the past week.

I have concerns how someone with 2 years clinical training after some tenuous degree (compared to 5/6 years that doctors have to go through) can be allowed to see patients and diagnose them.

At the same time, it's not the fault of the PAs who are going into the profession like all healthcare workers in good faith and wanting to help people with the best of intentions. The way some consultants are treating them (especially while they're on training) is abhorrent and reckless.

One thing to add is they need to change the name, it's far too misleading. They used to be called Physician Assistants and probably need to go back to that.

Wid btw

Has he pulled the trigger on that then?

First Reform UK MP then, see if he holds onto Ashfield

It's the main reason why he's joined. No way he is getting re-elected as an independent.

I doubt he will as Reform but he needed a party and who else was there.

I said this to you a couple of weeks ago. There's 50+ seats going to Libdems with just a 15% swing. Get to 20% and it'll be carnage.

Btw those are quite positive figures for Sunak, I saw a poll over the weekend with Tories on 18% <laugh>
