Me and you have said before mate, if a party kicks out the prime minister, it should trigger a general election.
I dont think they give a **** now tbh they know they are done so just scraping every last penny from the country before doing so.Yup and it's only a matter of time before the unelected PM gets booted out. How Rishi or Hunt thought the budget was going to make people change their mind is beyond me, the clock is ticking and no matter how long they drag it out, the inevitable day will come. I've always made my thoughts clear on tax cutting, it shouldn't be happening, and reducing NI, just means it's less in another pot, which is just the same pot by a different name. I'm no particular fan of Labour, but I'm prepared to see what they've got, for me it's two choices, voting Labour or not voting at all, I've got a long six months to decide in, many voters with probably the same thoughts I expect, just keep off the brexit topic (I've no problem with trading relations, like the old common market).

Just leaving as big a mess as possible for labour innit.I agree about income tax. I've posted before how raising tax bands would've been a better approach.
Just to add to what you've posted, I'm concerned about the non-dom status loopholes. Not concerned about them being abolished, or that the Tories have pinched it off Labour.
What concerns me is that if it was a choice between using the billions raised for tax cuts or going towards public services, I want the latter. Now that choice has been taken away. That money imo will be wasted and will not be available for what I feel is needed far more. It pisses me off tbh bcos it's cynical from this government, they've deliberately done it as a fck you to Labour and it's public services that will pay the price.

Whilst at the same time lining someone's pocket no doubt. We aint seeing that money.
Yeh Its gone mate, Already siphoned off to some tory doner, or maybe rishi is lining up another government contract for his family's company. this now 3rd world **** hole we live in has ever had bar none.

You could always get in a boat and leave but you wouldn't, because you wouldn't survive in a real 3rd world shhite hole, you'd just be crying all the time.

I’m not denying that, Archie. I’m also not suggesting that this is a working class issue. It is a two street but to say that working class people don’t look down on ‘toffs’ is naive, just look at this board and the way posters slag them, even using words like… ‘toffs’.
I was debating whether there’s a way to bridge that so both sides could maybe show each other more respect, kindness and understanding.
I sound like you, now, ffs.
The only mention of people like me was "they need to go back to work" and to that i can only say "find an employer who would want me and then i'll consider it .
The OBR projects economic output to expand by 1.9% in 2025 and by 2.0% in 2026, Hunt said as he gave his budget statement speech to parliament. Those forecasts were slightly stronger than the OBR's previous expectations for growth of 1.4% and 2.0% in 2025 and 2026Just leaving as big a mess as possible for labour innit.
