they might but which of the 17 teams are going to have a disaster this summer to allow it to happen? West Ham maybe. Wolves?I think Leeds will stay up next season.
And Leeds have to get everything right. Who is genuine prem quality in their squad?

Out of interest why?
They've got a lot of money behind them and have the clout as a club to attract players that other clubs possibly couldn't. Got a feeling a couple of clubs could collapse too.
Not saying they definitely will but I think some people are getting carried away with the whole 'PSR makes it impossible to stay up' stuff (Bournemouth and Fulham did just two seasons ago) and of the 3 Leeds have the best chance and a reasonable one.
Next season will be Forest, Fulham and Bmouth's fourth consecutive PL season. That's a decent amount time to establish themselves, receive PL-level revenues, and build themselves PL-level squads.
You could argue theyve all done it already based on where they are likely to finish this year. They all could get Europe
Fulham and Bournemouth can't both get in Europe can they?
Dunno. Thought if Utd/Spurs win the Europa and Chelsea win the conference league then top 9 get European football but might be wrong
While PSR remains, there's a pretty good chance the last 2 seasons have set the new standard (all 3 promoted sides going straight back down). Something needs to give or the only benefit of getting promoted would be the parachute payments when you come back down!Im not saying I want it to happen but I think your being a bit naieve if you don’t think it hasnt been talked about behind closed doors. Not going to happen any time soon but if the trend of the 3 promoted sides go down convincingly continues then the argument for it becomes stronger

Yeah there’s definitely other options before the nuclear “bin relegation option”.
Changing PSR is definitely one of them, not sure how rule changes like that are implemented though. If it’s something that needs to be voted in by PL clubs then (with my cynical head on) I can’t see why most clubs would vote in a rule change that helps promoted teams. Sure PSR stops the smaller PL teams from competing at the very top, but it also hugely reduces the threat of relegation. As Forest, Fulham and Bournemouth have shown this season you can have a year where you can compete for the European spots even with PSR as it currently is.
Wouldnt surprise me at all if the next rule change is for harsher punishments for any team who does break the rules. The established teams now should be in a position where they don’t need to break PSR to survive, but promoted teams would need to to give themselves the best chance. If the PL teams are essentially in control of any rule change then I can definitely see them making it as hard as possible for any promoted side, rather than trying to make it more competitive
On the one hand I really wanted us to just put two fingers up to PSR and the established clubs, break the rules and take the punishment as it's our only realistic way to survive. Not least because a bunch of the now established clubs cheat anyway, but get away with it by finding loopholes in the rules. But you just know that the minute we do the same, it wouldn't be a 2 point deduction or whatever pathetic punishments have been dished out so far, they would throw the book at us and ensure we went down again regardless and probably ban us from making any signings the next time we got promoted too.

Is that also the case in the EFL?Rule changes require 14 clubs to vote for it.
