Derby County record watch

Time to give this some serious consideration I reckon. Derby County hold the record for the lowest PL points tally with 11 in the 07/08 season (they must have beaten some really poor teams in the play offs the previous season )

We're currently on track to hit around 13 points but have played more poor sides than we have good and have a very tough run of games coming up until the end of the year.

Some potential routes to hitting this figure would be another two wins and two draws or a one win and 5 draws. Seems more than doable really?

How confident are people feeling of matching or beating the record at this point? Suspect the answers largely depend on the manager situation so hard to say I guess but just a bit of fun really. I suspect we'll beat it but not by a huge amount. Around 14-18 would be my guess.

We're already two points behind Derby - albeit they did get stuck on six points for a while. Their 7th point didn't come until game 18.

Yep sorry that’s where I am. But just to engage … I’ve voted. In standard RM fashion he will be brave & just manage it.

Jeez, got to the grail but died with a pathetic whimper. Unforgivable for me. SR & RM fault. I’ve said before, almost impossible to sack him after promo but with his track record that’s what they needed to do. Harsh, yep absolutely. For the good of the club, definitely. Not sure I’d have the balls to do but I’m not invested for £M’s. I’m invested for life. Over dramatic? yep probably but I can’t list to the crap he’s just said & previous. Rough justice today from the officials (pathetic really but that’s how it goes, especially for nobody’s) but we deserve to be bottom. There’s a number of hard games now & we all know how that’s going to go, if he survives (“plucky SFC, just lose, again”). By Xmas we will be gone & just a club to collect 3 points from (they won’t even laugh at us). What a sorry state.
