How the hell is my opinion that a multi millionaire footballer was cowardly to take the suicide option wrong.
I truly believe it.

IT is actionable by law.

My opinion on speed no matter what you think personally isn't.

The thing is and no I'm not going into the rumours of his sexuality, as far as we know this wasn't a case of depression.
This was a case of a multi millionaire being warned about a breaking news story and taking the option to destroy his family.
That isn't someone to be looked up to IMHO.
The only reason it is even a problem here is he was ex Newcastle.

If this had happened to any other player your fans wouldn't give two ****s.
 
Depression is a mental illness, plain and simple.

Whilst I can see the viewpoint of Speed having plenty to live for, sadly a genetic deficiency in the human brain isn't fixed by wealth, family or anything material.

Like the ability to murder in cold blood, the ability or desire to take your own life is something born within you, for that reason, I can't agree that it makes him cowardly.

May well have been the start of the downfall of the mags on there as they were all taking the piss out of him.

I haven't made jokes about Speed, just voiced my opinion.
My thinking him a coward is a personal observation.
Calling someone a ***** without proof is actionable by law.

It's rare that I post on the toon board now, as we all use the other forum, I enjoy the patter with rival fans which is why I post on the sunderland board. I never come on here looking for an argument. Last week when we got into it was just petty. No harm done. But you have openly said many times that you have no time for mags at all and it shows in your posts. Yes this is the Sunderland board but the banter between then sets of fans makes the whole site. It's a about differing opinions. I'm not condoning or supporting our beliefs but surely you know that even mentioning speeds name was going I start something. Anytime a mag posts on one of your threads, your all over it. I don't hate anyone, but reading some of the stuff you post at times it's like you hold up some sort of grudge to anything black and white.

Voicing an opinion from experience mate not diagnosing him.

I stand by the context I brought it up.

Calling a living person a *****phile without proof is actionable by law.

Murder is definately within anyone. If a man comes home fo find his wife being raped or something then yes it is.

I mean, people who murder, not due to anything that's triggered it etc, just pre-meditated evil.

There were contrasting reports, but IIRC the Welsh national team doctor or someone suggested there was clearly some mental trauma with Speed.

I never dismissed your opinion marra, just expressed mine, without all the facts, or ever having had to deal with such demons, I have no clue how it would feel to someone to hit that low.

Totally untrue, if you are going to lie make it something I would have a hard job disproving.

I have gone on record on here saying I don't want the mags banned and have some canny craic with some as well.
My taking the piss out of your child moderators is all down to them trying to score points on our board.
If a mag is here to talk football in general they get no stick from me.

If they come on and their first words include the words scum, inbred, etc.
They are all fair game.
If they come on to have a dig at my club, they are fair game.
If they come on to call me names they are fair game.

I'm sorry mate, but I take offence at anyone, especially someone I don't know trying to belittle me over the Internet .
There is a theme that always developes when your involved in a thread with mags and I can't take that as a coincidence. You go on about the younger generation as if it is some curse and they should be ridiculed for it. If that's the case, be the bigger man, what was it last night, that's right, I'm "gay"..... Any need for that?? That's school yard ****e.

Plus I have opinions on why Speed did what he did, not for on here though.

Like I say the comment was intended to point out the hypocrisy on here.
If I had made a joke about Speed they would have a complaint.
We are talking about children who keep getting their arses paddled and were looking for any excuse to have a go at me.
And also the same ones who have done nothing about the much worse accusations of *****philia.

The mags are trying to get me banned more power to their elbow.

You see, it being the Internet, you have no idea of the circumstance. I'll put you in the picture. I was stuck in a hotel waiting by the phone. I was quite happy to keep the thread going to stem my Bordem. Yet you seem to perceive every reply as some sort of moral victory or a bite. Take a leaf out your own book. It's the Internet, don't take it seriously. I came on to the thread because I was reading it and decided to comment as the subject turned to our hiding at spurs. My comments until you started with me were all football related. I didn't bait anyone. Like I said, I take offence, especially from someone of your age, calling some one you don't know thick. An over reaction???? Maybe, but it started everything that happened last week. Your the only Mackem on here ive had school yard banter with. I'm not normally in for it, but like i said I was bored. If it makes you feel happy that in your mind you were stringing me along, then claim your moral victory. It's all good.

We were having a right laugh having craic with 5-1 as well, then you landed all high and mighty.
And never left!
It only took 16 posts, for even an inkling of what was going on, to sink into the brain of 5-1.

See above response. I knew what the thread was about, I jumped in on a comment, that wasn't even by you, talking about football. Then you landed in feet first calling me thick. It pushed a button in me. What can I say. The rest I history. But didn't i read some where this week that too failed your hnc. But I'm thick?? Fair play fella. It's only banter.

Didn't turn to it, it was the whole point of the thread, which totally flew over yours and the other mags heads, but not my fellow Mackems. (And not Chappaz who read but didn't comment. I have never denied the lads intelligence. )

Grow some balls!
