The club can confirm that a compensation package has been agreed with @hullcity for Tom Ince, without the need of a tribunal.
Face-palm that.

The fact that they had gone to a tribunal a week earlier. You're kind of missing my 'they felt the need to restructure the deal on their own' comment.
Yes I was wrong that the ultimate deal was not struck using the tribunal. I can admit that. I'm not sure why you feel the incessant need to hunt down people like you do.
You still haven't answered my question about why you have incorrectly used 2.2m as his cost base given you were so obviously well aware of the fact we only paid 1.5m for him. Would give us a 3.25m profit on him, not the 2.5m everyone has been quoting.
I think most footballers would prefer significantly less game time and significantly more moneyI'm optimistic that Huddlestone will stay. He came here to play games and I don't think he would be guranteed that at West Ham. If a PL team came in that could offer him 40 games a season I think he'd be off but at the moment I think he's settled
You are shouting!Just a quiet word, but you usually find that those who complain of being hunted (on here) usually start as inept hunters themselves, lending a reason to their peril. Someone else might consider your £2.2M argument a Straw man fallacy, they may be right on this occasion.![]()
Could be right there, especially the older ones.I think most footballers would prefer significantly less game time and significantly more money

Unless you can guarantee we have better replacements coming in, why would it be happy days?
If I had any say in a release clause at a club for a player I would want to write in the release clause expires early in each transfer window. It's madness that a player can announce he's leaving in the last day of the window.
How did Norwich keep all their players when they went down bar Snoddy and Fer? Seems like they had none of this issue with release clauses.. did they just not cut wages, or did no one really come in for their players?
I reckon we should let Wet Spam have Jelavic and Huddlestone if they offer our valuation and then build the team around Meyler
Henri Lansbury if Tom goes? Apparently close to joining Burnley but we could try and hijack it
Dumb and Dumber?
Kinell.
Just get rid of both.
(By that I mean BV and KB, not Thudd and Jela)
and pure guesses that they will be sold for those prices and will comeSell Tom £6m (pure guess at his release clause)
Buy Bridcutt £2m & Lansbury £4m
Best scenario
