Agreeing with Tickler is always a dangerous move.
We haven't paid most of the fees from last season yet, at least half the net £25m will still be owed on the players we're trying to flog(along with any balance staged payments on the previous season), we'll be lucky to cover our liabilities, expecting to have £20-25m spare cash is completely pie in the sky.
We're trying to flog players precisely because we have lost our Premier League income and now have to cash in on a few to cover our historic transfer fee liabilities.
We'll no doubt spend a few quid on replacements, but anyone expecting us to have £20m to spend is bonkers.
