I really wish I shared that confidence... I'm sure the UK will survive whatever is thrown at it...it always does, But why self inflict all this crap when its totally unnecessary. For what its worth...and its just my option, the wrong decision with this could very well make sure a whole generation will be subjected to a decade of recession. That will take some coming back from.

we joined a common market, not a non'e elected dictatorship, if our politicians are crap we can kick them out, we can do nothing with those in Europe, the most important thing M.E.P.s vote on is their pay rises , lush second and third, funded homes, the gravy train for them ****s is incessant. Junker, and Verhoofstad hate us and will **** on us every chance they get. We the people had a vote lets stick with it, No one in their right mind will vote for Abbott and Costello Corbyn. The EU owe us Billions and have deferred payment back to us until 2030. in 5 years there won't be an EU if you don't keep up with european news like most, you will not have a clue what's really happening.

Politicians generally are ****. Our lot are bad, but are Trump or Macron any better? How about the Greeks twats who bankrupted the place. Or the Italians who change governments like I change me underpants? We may have a bunch of cretins in charge, but we have a decent system for passing judgment on them...

Its been a shambles from day one and all down to in fighting in the Tory Party. The only thing that unites them is fear of Corbyn who might just succeed where they have so obviously failed<bubbly>.

At some stage it was said the DUP might withdraw their election support of the tories thus removing the tory majority. If so , will they return the money they were given to buy that support ?

The DUP will never walk away from the conservatives because of what the alternative means.

May won't get defeated tonight but she won't be heading the party at the next GE. She's had a raw deal because she has had to deal with mission impossible.

All down to the Tory infighting, of course she would not be defeated, when push comes to shove, self interest wins out every time.

58% of adults worldwide ages 35+ agree that “kids today have more in common with their global peers than they do with adults in their own country.”

I despise people who do things like fly drones at an airport - but it was nice to see something different on the news. A Brexit free Xmas - or will there be one ego politician who says something just to grab the stage while it’s empty

What made me laugh was a MP saying " we will be fine after Brexit". This from a country ground to a halt by a toy helicopter.

I was thinking one of the best things for climate change would be to get gas guzzling planes out the sky so to be fair I thought it was a canny way to do it.
