Heres what I don't get.... so, they're pocketing all the money to pay down the gift and in doing so supposedly/ perhaps making the club an affordable option for a buyer. BUT, if the affordable buyer is only prepared to buy the club at say £40/£50 million what type of investors would we be getting. Surely an "investment' company will only buy into something with tangible assets and potential for a return on their investment and as it stands, our assets are likely limited to next seasons parachute payment which will been eaten up in wages and expenses. We do not own the ground, have no players of any value as such, so in essence, the 'investor' company is buying the name Hull City/ Hull Tigers which ever one they think they may be getting. NOW, if you were in the position to invest in a club in this country, would Hull City (as it stands today) be anywhere near the top of a list of clubs you might look at.?

No

Of the three what would you do imperial?

Or tally up your tenure, do your own assessment of what's happened, make your damage limitation plan and just get on with it.

Which one do you think they're in, Chazz?

I thought Slutsky struggled with his English in that interview, which isn't surprising. I got the impression he gets on reasonably well with Ehab but cannot understand the delays in signing players, Sam Clucas has been sold and a decision was made that he wouldn't play. Sam Clucas could have insisted he was in the squad but didn't. My impression from the interview was that was what Slutsky meant.

With the injuries we've had this week I expect us to sign players before the window shuts, as does Slutsky.

That was the interview of a man on the edge of sacking it off, and I don't blame him. Once Clucas goes, we'll pretty much only have one more fit salable asset and that's Grosicki, who to date no one wants enough to pay a decent fee for. As for the rest, unproven kids, u23 loans from other teams, and people at the wrong end of their career who no one will pay any money for. Once the money from transfers out goes missing, it's onto any available wages then **** knows where else. Anyone out of contract end of the season will be gone, any incoming money aligned to debt and we could be starting the next season in the Champo, or even L1, with nothing but kids and a few old pros, and still those human cancers on this club in charge.

I do too.
The club yet again leave poor Slutsky in a difficult situation handling all the questions from the press because there is zero communication from them.
He has only learned english six months ago, so struggled with the correct terms in my opinion.
It is obvious the club has agreed a deal for Clucas so he could not play.
Not wanting to play and not being allowed to play are quite different things but tricky if you are new to the lingo

It's a good point.
New to the club. New to English football. New to the language. New to UK press. With the club in a very challenging situation, for a variety of reasons.
So what does Enob and gang continue to do? Yep, zero communication and leave Slutsky to face it all himself.
Just look at that picture of Enob and the rest of the ****s sat there in the executive seats at DQPR. It's nothing short of disgraceful. Utter ****s.

Clucas saying on Twitter that he didn't decide he wasn't playing

A player doesn't really decide whether he plays, if he does then there's obviously something even more wrong than we think already.

People hang onto his every word, like the 7 (?) players comment he made. He just struggles to articulate so it's strange people taking everything as literal.

I would not. Blame him for going this will do his reputation no good

Like Silva I expect he'll be fine whatever. He wanted to take the risk with the Allams and nobody else would give him a chance here I guess. He'll have decent wages, I don't see him as being the victim, the supporters are that.

If a player doesn't want to put a transfer in jeopardy they'd probably half ass it like Grosicki seems to do at times so there's less chance of injury. I wouldn't even say Clucas has been doing that.

Listened to that twice now, it didn't come over any better the second time. What a ****ing arsehole Ehab Allam really is, he's ground our latest manager down with his lies within a few short weeks. It's quite clear now, if it wasn't before, why Steve Bruce decided to forgo the opportunity to manage our latest season in the PL after getting us there, he quite clearly knew that all of this was on the horizon. If Slutsky walks I dread to think who his desperate replacement would be.

I would assume it'll be an internal promotion. Probably Pennock.

Just quit while you can Slutsky. You're better than this **** show.

**** off and die, Ehab.

he won't, because he feels a responsibility towards the players he has signed. at least someone at the club has some standards.

he wont, because he wont get a job in english football.january maybe, when we,re propping up the championship!!

The heavily rewritten and edited version of Slutsky's post March press conference on the official site says a lot. He's definitely in the ****, not that he could give one.

**** off and die, Ehab.

Read this notion a few times, simply don’t get it.

Slutsky’s one of the few bright spots at the club at the minute, so why would you want him to leave?

Are you more concerned with his reputation being damaged than what happens with the short – long term future of the club?

He’ll be well paid for being a football manager yet people talk as if he’s on the verge of a complete breakdown cos he’s been fibbed to, or is unable to do his job properly due to the actions of his boss.

Happens all the time, usually to people on **** money with **** all in the bank.
