Read this notion a few times, simply don’t get it.

Slutsky’s one of the few bright spots at the club at the minute, so why would you want him to leave?

Are you more concerned with his reputation being damaged than what happens with the short – long term future of the club?

He’ll be well paid for being a football manager yet people talk as if he’s on the verge of a complete breakdown cos he’s been fibbed to, or is unable to do his job properly due to the actions of his boss.

Happens all the time, usually to people on **** money with **** all in the bank.
Spot on
I absolutely wouldn't want him to go

As you say he'll be well paid to do a job he wants to do.

Plenty more people in the area to worry about if you're concerned about someone having a **** time at work from **** bosses

You put what I'm thinking a lot better than I can

Slutsky came here knowing full well what he was facing. Everyone in football knows that the owners are not funding the club and that the club is for sale.

He had just had a week from hell in charge in a club that he now has a few days to build a squad.

No one is doing him over, he knows that if offers came in he would lose players.

All of the theories about editing are total tosh. The press would be on this like a rash if they could not publish their own editorial. It is simply not how press conferences work.

It's patently obvious that Slutsky is not happy and has not been given the support he was expecting.

The club reporting on press conferences is heavily edited, I do the team news threads every game and start with the quotes from the club's Twitter feed. I then rely on RH or Phil Buckingham to be there, to fill in all the gaps the club leave.

Maybe he was foolish enough to believe all that bullshit in Ehab's propaganda interview. You know the one about investing, getting deals done early, pre-season preparation, etc.

We actually have no idea of what promises he was given. He was brought in because, like Silva, he was known for doing a lot with not much. If he thinks promises were broken he should come out and say that, rather than have forum members say that for him And If he had any idea of the track record of the Allams then he would realise that they haven't been ploughing much money in recently and have even relied on having a small squad.

Unfortunately, you've posted more bollocks than the posts you're responded to.

And yet your own post supports what I said. The club may well edit their output, but the press are free to report what they want. The written press get an embargo on social media feeds until 1030 pm so the output is slightly different.

Maybe he knew, but did not care. Maybe he spent last night crying on his mates shoulder asking for some help with few more players. Maybe, he realised that he should have studied Italian.

The media tweet live from the press conference, the embargo stuff is tiny and doesn't have a significant effect on reporting what the manager says.

The OSC was pulled up for reporting parts of the presser that were intended for the written word on our social media. Not by the club, but by Phil Buckingham. If it was such a minor part of it why did he bother.

The problem is OLM that you like to give the impression that you know about these things and yet in reality you spout more bollocks on here than anyone.

Last season the OSC had full press access and the only time we had any restriction placed on our output was by other news organisations or broadcasters.

We were never asked to remove or edit content only not to do the same thing again. OSC Officers actually attended the pressers and reported from them. Supporters reporting for supporters.

Not someone copying and pasting club tweets

What Ehab said is on record, he lied so the manager knew it wasn't true but went along with it all the same or he was conned. Which do you think is right?
